Musical Theatre

A fun filled class whereby children will be introduced to the basic art of Musical Theatre (singing, dancing and acting simultaneously). In addition, children will learn warm-ups and exercises to improve basic technique. The focus will largely be on group numbers, however, there is usually opportunity for some solos. The songs will be chosen from the popular musical theatre shows and films such as Annie, Oliver, Bugsy Malone etc and musical TV shows such as Glee.

Street Dance

This Class is for those who want to learn all the latest techniques and moves to really get ahead in dance. An energetic form of dancing for all ages. The class introduces a range of techniques and styles to create dance routines you see everyday on the TV music channels. Anything from Diversity to Britney. Dancers will incorporate their own personal rhythm with the latest dance moves.

Tots Classes

These dance-based classes are for children aged between 2–4 years and are designed to improve musicality and co-ordination, and increase confidence and social skills through games, exercises and lots of imagination. Parents find these classes a fun and gentle way for tots to enter into the world of dance.

Latin American

The fun and liveliness of the dances hold a strong appeal for people of all ages and especially children. The classes cover the tequnique and styling of the five Latin American dances under the United Kingdom Alliance Syllabus. The class covers the Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble and Jive.

Drama

Ideal for children who would love to perform, create scripts and be part of an energetic theatre group!

We use original scripts and re-invent traditional stories to create a unique performance at the end of each term.

All children have an option of entering for dance, drama and singing awards with the United Kingdom Alliance Dance and Drama Association and we also encourage children to perform at the many events and dance displays that we run.

Costs of Childrens Classes

£3.95 per session (for first 2 classes as a trial period)
£22.00 for a 6 week term (part payment is required if a child signs up in the middle of a term)
10% discount if 2 classes are booked

Classes tend to fill up quickly and will be on a first come first served basis so it is recommended that places are booked prior to the start of term.

Membership Option - Unlimited Childrens Classes

£40.00 per month for a minimum 3 month period (works out at £10.00 per week). Children can enroll for as many classes as they choose and must be booked in advance. Please enquire for more details.
